Yuzu Ginger Spritz

Makes: 1 spritz cocktail

Yuzu, ginger, and a touch of cardamom come together to make this bittersweet, effervescent, and low-ABV cocktail that will be the spritz-song of a summer that can ideally last forever!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz unflavoured tonic water

  • 1 oz dry vermouth

  • 1 oz Cocci Americano

  • 1/4 tsp Hedessent Yuzu Natural Flavour Drops

  • 1/4 tsp Hedessent Ginger Natural Flavour Drops

  • 3 - 4 drops cardamom bitters

  • Ice

  • Lemon peel (optional)

  • Sliced ginger (optional)

METHOD

  • Add a quarter cup of ice to a large spritz glass. Set aside.

  • In a cocktail shaker, add ice, flavour drops, bitters, and the spirits. Short shake and strain into the prepped glass. Top with tonic water.

  • Garnish with the lemon peel & ginger slice. Cheers!
